Operating for 5 years, she manufactures pre-fabricated wood cabins, pergolas, chairs, and garden furniture. Wood preparation (straightening, flattening, squaring edges) is time-consuming and labor-intensive, due to their non-industrial saw machine that was built in-house, limiting production capacity.

Operating for 5 years, she produces artisan wines made of fermented Hibiscus flower and sugar. The bottle filling process is done by manually pouring into each bottle, one by one. This process is slow, error-prone (spills/overfilling), and requires rework to correct measurements.

Produces honey and other beekeeping products, after learning on youtube and with another Honduran honey producer on Facebook. Honey extraction is done with a small and non-electric 2-frame extractor today, which is slow and limits how many hives can be managed productively. The request is to have an electric 8-frame machine.

Operating for 20 years, he makes all types of wooden furniture — doors, cabinets, dining sets, dressers, chairs. Precision cutting for innovative designs (straight, curved, rip cuts) is slow and inconsistent due to reliance on an artisanal saw machine, leading to inaccurate measurements and delays and lower production capacity.

Sells meat products in an air conditioned shop, in contrast with other meat vendors in town who are open air butchers. He currently produces about 80 meat patties per month by using a small loaned meat grinder, which is enough for selling in-store but not enough to expand sales to other supermarkets. He also resells sausages from third party companies as he doesn't have a machine to grind meat for sausages.

Operating for 4 years, opened a coffee shop and a roaster lab as a next stage business, after growing up in a family with a coffee farm. He purchases 20% of his parent's coffee production and the rest from other farmers. He purchased a roasting machine and bag sealing machine with a bank loan that's still under payment. However, filling and weighing thousands of coffee bags is done manually, resulting in slower output and physical contact with the product. Errors cause the process to stall in order to re-fill and re-weigh the bags.
